I may be small but I'm here to tell you about big holiday happenings at Omni PGA Frisco Resort. This North Texas golf resort will be transformed into a holiday wonderland with miles of garland and lights and 35 beautifully themed holiday trees. The showstopper will be the stunning 35-foot-tall tree in the Monument Realty PGA District, featuring a captivating animated light display synchronized to timeless holiday melodies. Let the holidays begin!

Tree Lighting, Photos with Santa, and Train Rides

The PGA District will host Home on the Range for the Holidays, a series of free events for both resort guests and the general public. From 5 to 8 p.m. each Saturday evening November 30-December 21, the Monument Realty PGA District will come to life with the spirit of the holiday season. Each night of the event, families are encouraged to gather around the magical, musical tree for a tree lighting ceremony with Cowboy Santa at 6 p.m. On the first night of Home on the Range for the Holidays, November 30, the tree lighting will be followed by a spectacular drone show by FlyLight Drones.

Activities and experiences are around each corner, as guests can encounter live reindeer, festive holiday characters, a photo opportunity with a real longhorn, and trips on the Fields Ranch Holiday Express train. Children can write and mail letters to Santa and cozy up for beloved holiday movies on the video wall adjacent to The Dance Floor. Plus, all ages can experience Putting for Presents, a nine-hole putting experience on The Dance Floor with fun prizes.

All restaurants in the Monument Realty PGA District will offer curated food and beverage options, and pop-up stations highlighting holiday treats, snacks, and cocoa (regular and boozy) for purchase. My opinion is the sweeter the better!

Enhance your visit with add-on experiences, available for an additional fee. Enjoy the opportunity to build your own stuffed friend and indulge in s’mores kits to enjoy at the District’s cozy firepits. Reserve your experiences at pgafrisco.com/events.

Intimate visits with Cowboy Santa will take place on both Friday and Saturday evenings in a beautifully decorated Ranch House on the property. This year, visits and photos with Santa are free of charge while supplies last. Lines will begin forming at 5:30 p.m. for these visits with Cowboy Santa, which run from 6 to 8 p.m

Then, on December 6, don’t miss Dashing Through the District: A Holiday Night Market from 5 to 8 p.m. Browse more than 40 vendors offering unique gifts, holiday treats, and handcrafted treasures. The first 100 shoppers will receive a complimentary tote, and seasonal beverages will be available for purchase.

On December 13, the excitement of Holiday Dueling Pianos will have you singing along to family-friendly favorites and holiday tunes with the help of J’s Dueling Pianos. The performance runs from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

On December 20, A Very Country Christmas Concert will feature Raised Right Men, DFW’s prime classic country band. The show promises a mix of country classics and festival holiday tunes. The performance will take place from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
